FanFund was born with the belief that there is nothing like a live experience by the artists we love.
We aspire to change the way people and communities express their demand for the live cultural events they want.

How it started?

Are you familiar with the craving to see a live show of your recent favorite artist? the one that you know all songs lyrics? Do you remember the feeling when you discover that none of the upcoming shows is in your area? and you don’t have time nor budget to travel for it?

You are familiar with the frustration, so are we. Frustrated fans.

Because if you don’t (we don’t) live in LA, NYC, London or Barcelona or other huge metros, all you can do today is accepting with gratitude the crumbs that do fall in your area. That’s the reason we started FanFund – an on-demand platform for live performances that connect stage artists in all genres and types to their audience and venues in order to bring to life more shows, more live experiences and more culture.

So what FanFund does exactly?

We provide the crowd everywhere a way to get their voice heard, express the demand in an organized & simple manner: who do you want to see and where?

Starting a campaign or joining an existing campaign on FanFund is a simple, easy & fun way to express the true commitment of the audience to buy a ticket if the show would take place in their area.

The data on FanFund turns to a demand map, enabling artists to fine tune and optimize their tour – get exactly where they are wanted and loved. In the process we enabling lowering the marketing costs and reducing risk when opening a box-office sale. We are so excited by the heartwarming feedback and reactions from so many artists and upcoming shows!

For Venues – FanFund is an active, cool and cutting-edge tool to communicate with the local audience, understand which artists they love – make them a part of the programming decision making and in turn receive loyalty and proactivity. And yes, fill up the calendar.

FanFund was born out of a huge and unconditional love for music and live shows. We aspire to change the way people and communities get the live cultural events they want in a natural and convenient manner.

We believe that every person should have the privilege to consume the culture they want near them, without spending crazy time & money on travel. We also believe that people, there will and their voice has an influence – an influence that creates a change.
In this digital world we are living in, maybe because it became SO digital – there is nothing like the excitement and authenticity of the live show, the unique moment between an artist and audience. It’s an experience that anyone who ever been in a live show knows its magic.

FanFund was founded by a team of Israeli entrepreneurs with an extensive experience in the worlds of marketing, events, music, radio, TV, web and technology. We live for live shows. Since then more good, talented people joined our ride – we are so proud of FanFund that was born now, for you and for us.

Who started it?

Keren Shany

Founder & CEO

A marketing, advertising & strategy expert. With extensive experience in the media, business & entreprenuership worlds. Spend the last decade consulting busineeses in growth stages and business development as partner in consulting boutique Brainstore.
Stated her career in theatre and music label, managing the advertising for national broadcaster Keshet, managing the marketing communications of Yellow Pages group and additional key positions.
Keren believes that there is no life without music, and a live show is the purest adrenaline rush exist. It all started from her personal frustration as live culture consumer, the one who knows that the right & smart use of data can enhance an entire market, make the ecosystem better and create a real change in live culture consumption. Then she realized that no one will do that for her, so she started FanFund :-)

Asaf Lev

Founder & COO

A 2nd time entreprenuer with over 20 years of multidiscplinary experience. Among the organizations Asaf managed the marketing and business development: The Jerusalem Khan Theatre events group, Cezanne Catered events company, IDC research, Koteret Public Relations. Before the transition to marketing, Asaf worked for numerous radio stations and TV broadcasters in Israel, as well as Deputy Spokesperson for the Ministry of Communications.
Asaf brings his passion for music, live shows and the geeky tech sides to the operations of FanFund.
In the last 15 years Asaf was involved in the creation and production of over 4,000 events of all kinds: conferences, tradeshows, seminars, live shows, business events & private events. Partner to the inception of FanFund from day one and in charge of tying all loose ends to make this magic work, and work well.

Inbar Edut

Co-Founder and Product Manager

Top notch UX/UI and graphic designer. Inbar is an expert interactive product designer and digital brand development. In the last decade, Inbar runs an indie studio that provides consulting & services to some of the biggest names in the industry among them: Oath, Orange, Hapoalim Bank, StarHome, WinWIn, Baby Channel, Verint, ECI Telecom, Tel Aviv Port and many more. In addition, Inbar lectured in the Interdisciplinary Center of Hertzlya.
Inbar Joined FanFund with a deep passion to design our platform with a unique and innovative user experience.

Yuval Gal

Co-Founder & Chairman

A senior executive with extensive experience in the Israeli business space, mainly the retail world. Owner & CEO of MDK, a leading reseller of advanced digital products, formerly CEO and board member in the Fishman Group. A man of data, numbers and results.
Yuval joined FanFund to support the commercial and business sides of FanFund...and to know first about all the best shows :-)
